1. Access to, registration with and use of our services makes you bound to our terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by our terms and conditions, do not access, register or use our service. The language of these Terms and Conditions is English and all Services, instructions and transactions carried out in connection with it shall be in English,


2. The decision to either accept or not accept your transaction solely lies with us. However, if we decide not to process the transaction, we will notify you promptly of that decision and repay the money paid to us,


3.We will attempt to process your transactions promptly but any transactions might be delayed in case of improper or incomplete identification,


4. You will not use, access or attempt to use our service if you are under 18 years old,


5. While registering with us, you must provide accurate and complete evidence of your identity and promptly update your personal information whenever it changes,


6. You must provide us with true, accurate and complete information of all transactions that you have ever made through our service,


7. It is your responsibility to make sure all details and information are accurate and complete before finalizing any transactions. We will not be liable afterwards if you fail to do so,


8. The current exchange rates of currency play a vital role in your transactions. You are advised to be updated about current exchange rates before submitting your transactions,


9. It is illegal to open more than one account without prior written permission,


10. We are not liable if you provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information or if you allow anyone else access your registration details,


11. Once you register with IPE, you will receive confirmation message,


12. You will be subscribed to our regular SMS service,


13. Your valid identifications must be provided to get zero service fee,


14. Security is very crucial to us. The information and email you provide remain strictly secure with us using the state-of-the-art security protocols,


15. You can email us if you wish to complain about any aspect of our service.


* 2 HRS service is available on business days and business hours (AEST) and for online customer only. Service is eligible after transferred amount available to our nominated bank account. Not applied on public holidays. Transaction amount is limited and $35 extra charge is applied after agreement.
